At MojaKid, we know what it’s like to be young and curious and excited. We know that kids can hardly wait to tear open the packaging and check out their cool new sweatshirt. That’s why we always aim to send off your parcels as quickly as possible.
But keep in mind that, once your parcel is out of our hands, there may be carrier delays that are outside of our control. In most cases, your kids will be showing off their new t-shirt or sweatshirt within 7 days, but if not, get in touch and we’ll see what’s going on.
How Much is Delivery?
If you’re in the UK Mainland, delivery is 100% free! We don’t want to be putting up barriers that stop kids from accessing cool clothes that show off who they really are. After all, MojaKid is all about breaking down barriers, not building them. That’s why we offer a completely free delivery service for customers living across Mainland United Kingdom.
If you love MojaKid clothing and live abroad, we ask that you send us an email and allow us to arrange a bespoke delivery to you… unfortunately we do have to charge for international delivery to enable us to use a quality, tracked service that gives us – and you – complete peace of mind that your parcel is heading in the right direction, reducing the risk of delays or loss. We will work with you directly to organise getting your favourite MojaKid item to you as quickly and efficiently as we can.
Remember that, depending on the import tax and duty charges imposed by your country, you may need to pay additional costs when you receive your MojaKid parcel.
Why Haven’t I Received my Item?
If your MojaKid parcel still isn’t in your child’s hands after 7 working days (for UK deliveries), it may be that there’s been a delivery error. This can happen if you’re not home to receive your parcel, and multiple delivery attempts have been made. It can also happen if you’ve made a mistake when entering your address into the shipping details (it happens a lot more than you think!). If this happens, don’t panic! The parcel will be delivered back to us, and we’ll automatically issue a refund to cover the original cost of the garments.
What if my Parcel Arrives Damaged?
MojaKid is a brand built on quality. We use quality materials, work with quality suppliers, and adopt quality manufacturing processes to create clothing that’s designed to last. We’re confident that every item that we send has been made with complete care.
But we know that accidents can – and do – happen. Especially during delivery when we’re not able to keep a close eye on things. If your parcel appears to be damaged or tampered with (for example, if it looks like it’s been opened or retaped), the best thing to do is to refuse the delivery. Let us know if this happens by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll investigate the situation and find a suitable solution.
